Yo Joes!

Your mission is critical...prepare to meet Cobra's forces head-on!

Today's update is brief, but we wanted to let you know that G.I. JOE Mission Critical is on the water en route to our fulfillment centers worldwide!

We are on track to begin fulfillment right on time - November!!! If that changes for any reason, we will be sure to let you know.

 Mission Critical in Action!

Mission Critical was available to demo at the Alliance Open House a couple of weeks ago, where retailers from around North America got to try it out! We had so much fun showing it off and can't wait until you get it to your tables at home!

AUGUST UPDATE! Time to set sail!

Yo Joes! 

We've got great news! Production is complete, and Mission Critical is just waiting for time to set sail!

It is currently scheduled to hit the water in mid-September, which means fulfillment should begin in late November or December - so right on schedule and we couldn't be more excited!

We also thought you would enjoy seeing a few pictures of the game and the minis from Gen Con! We were able to have one copy on hand to demo, and we have the minis available to paint! Everyone who played enjoyed it, and we can't wait for you all to get it to your table too!

Pledge Manager Closing!

The Backerkit Pledge Manager will be closing on Monday, July 18. Your mission: complete your pledge manager survey! If you cannot find your survey, you can look it up by clicking here. 

NOTE: If you sign into Kickstarter with an AppleID, your invites have probably been going to an email address that you do not have access to. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help you change your email address.

Factory sample Mission Complete!

We recently received the factory sample of G.I. JOE Mission Critical, and it is looking great. Check out a few images below! Production is progressing well, and we are on track for a November fulfillment!

We just wanted to post a quick update today about the Backerkit pledge manager. We sent out all surveys earlier this week, so if you have not received one in your Kickstarter email address yet, please check your spam filter.  

Right now, only a little over half of you have completed your survey. This is an important step to make sure your game is shipped to you during fulfillment. If you do not complete it, your reward will not be shipped.

If you cannot locate your survey, CLICK HERE to locate your survey.

For those of you who might be new to Kickstarter, a pledge manager is a tool used to collect shipping addresses and fees (taxes, VAT, shipping). 

Be sure you complete your pledge manager as soon as possible. It will remain open until sometime in early July and you will not be able to fill out your survey after it is closed. We will post an update several days before we close the pledge manager so you know when it's coming up.

How to upgrade your pledge

If you were a $1 backer and you want to upgrade to a full pledge, or if you backed the $99 "No Average Joe" pledge level and would like to upgrade to the $145 "Mission Complete" level here's how!

You will see this screen when you log into your pledge survey. You will want to click "Click here to upgrade your pledge level!" which appears just above the green button.

Next, you will see this pop-up screen and you will want to click "Switch Pledge Levels" in the top righthand corner. It is possible that you won't get the pop-up screen if you have an ad blocker on. So, if you don't see it, try temporarily disabling the blocker and try again.

Then just follow the steps!

It's about that time! We will be sending out pledge manager surveys this week, and possibly into next week. So be on the lookout for an invite from Backerkit. 

Pledge Manager, what does this mean?

For those of you who might be new to Kickstarter, a pledge manager is a tool used to collect shipping addresses and fees (taxes, VAT, shipping). You will receive an invitation in your Kickstarter-connected email inbox. If you do not have an invite by early next week, be sure to check your spam filter. If you still don't see it, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help! 

The pledge manager surveys are sent out in waves. We will first be sending out what is referred to as a "Smoke Test." This sends out surveys to a smaller number of backers so that we can quickly determine if there are any issues. Then, once the Smoke Test is complete, all the rest of the invites are sent out.

Be sure you complete your pledge manager as soon as possible. It will remain open for 3-4 weeks and you will not be able to fill out your survey after it is closed. We will post an update several days before we close the pledge manager so you know when it's coming up.
