We’re back with a mission update: Fulfillment is complete in all regions! Your mission starts now ... meet Cobra's forces head-on!
If your pledge manager survey was submitted late and have not received the game yet, don’t worry! Those should be shipping this week.
If you completed your survey on time and have not received your campaign rewards or an email that they are coming, please reach out to [email protected].

If you have yet to receive your copy of Mission Critical, it could still be in transit. However, if an unusual amount of time has passed, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance!
For those who may have completed their pledge manager late, orders have not shipped yet and will likely not ship until after the holidays.

We’re back with a mission update on fulfillment and an exciting announcement!
Fulfillment is well underway and on track to finish by the end of this month for the UK, US, Canada, and EU! Our friends in Australia and NZ will be happy to learn that fulfillment there has been completed.
Due to the timeline, we cannot accept any additional address changes. If your address has changed and you were not able to update it earlier, please reach out to our fulfillment partner Quartermaster Logistics for assistance, keeping in mind that we cannot guarantee that they will be able to change the delivery address at this point.

Get ready to battle Cobra's forces! G.I. JOE Mission Critical fulfillment is just around the corner and ON TIME!
We got an update from our shipping partner today, and we are still on track to begin fulfillment in mid-late November! The process of preparing for fulfillment has begun at the fulfillment locations, so we need any additional address changes no later than Oct. 31. If you have moved or will be moving, be sure to get us your new address ASAP!
If you're in the U.S., CA, AU, or NZ you will have one last chance to update your address when address verification emails go out a week or two before shipping begins. Our fulfillment centers in the U.K. and the EU do not send out address verification emails, so be sure to get those changes to use by Oct. 31!

While you wait for Mission Critical to arrive, we'd love for you to head over to BoardGameGeek and become a fan of the game by click the heart at the top of the page! And when you get your game, be sure to upload images! We love to see those!
